Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts and before taxes.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping Address

All returns must be sent to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please include your order number and reason for return in the package.
