Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@gardentooldepot.co with your order number.

2. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Eligibility

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging or tags

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Return Address

All returns must be sent to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please include your order number in the return package.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
