1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day window begins on the day your package is delivered, as confirmed by tracking.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged through customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging

4. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History
  2. Find the order and click Return Item
  3. Package the item securely with original packaging
  4. Ship to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131
  5. Include your order number inside the package

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.
